Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus "ludlowe"
Height: 17 feet
Length: 47 feet
Weight: 7 tons
Coloration: Males are dark red, with deep black stripes running down their backs towards their stomachs. Their sails have a black border, with a strange mix of blue and orange in the center. Skulls have blue and orange markings on them. Females are a lighter variant, with an orange body color instead of red and a lighter sail. Babies have lighter colors, no markings and little to no sail.
Diet: Mostly fish, but they are opportunistic predators of smaller mutants.
Description: Spinosaurs are one of the largest predators on the island. Bigger than the average Tyrannosaur, these creatures spend most of their time in the waters, swimming deep into lakes and ponds, searching for the largest fish. Their biggest rivals are the Ultimasaurs, which are nearly the same size as they are and will drive Spinosaurs out of their territory, as they will steal the carcasses of larger predators when available. They tend to hunt for fish, but will also try to hunt smaller mutants like Kentrosaphodon when they are very hungry.
Territory: Tend to stay close to areas with water, but will venture into the Game Trail.
