The Radio Tower

Located near the peak of the Mountain Ranges, the Radio Tower is a red-and-white, 780 foot radio tower that extends up to the heavens. Being the tallest point on the island, the top is frequenttly covered by clouds. Pterosaurs mutants. tend to swarm around it to make nests, but often the nest plummet to the ground during a storm. A year after InGen abandoned the island, a severe storm came to the island, causing part of the top to collapse, bringing it's height to 770 feet.

During it's period of use, InGen used the tower to connect with people on the mainland, as well as maintain radio broadcasts. After they fled the island, the tower was shut down, nothing but a shell of its old self. At the base, a small shed was used as Mission Control for using the tower, but the interior was stripped away, and now smaller mutants use this as a makeshift home.
