Jungle Empty Jungle

Post by Richard Levine Sun Nov 09, 2014 11:36 am

A mysterious place that constantly croaks and shrieks, the Jungle is home to a variety of both small and large mutations. In the trees, Velocirapteryx spend most of their time resting, feeding and tending to their nests. In the skies above, Tupandanychus soar hundreds of feet up, snatching up birds with their sickle claws. And on the ground, Compstegnathus linger in packs, eating lizards and defending their nests. Along with carnivores, herbivores like the Hyaleosaurus lumber through, eating shrubs. Inside the Jungle, it is wet and hot, and in the early mornings a low fog clings to the ground.

During InGen's stay, there are several small sheds that are spread out, and were used mostly as storage of gasoline. Now, the Compstegnathus have broken into the sheds, foolishly tearing open the gas tanks, putting a deadline on their heyday. Otherwise, the Jungle is free of man's touch, with the exception of worn-down roads for Jeeps, which are now used as paths for locomotion of larger animals.
